Please note, you will receive 2 links, a liability waiver and a safety video and test in your confirmation email. All passengers must complete the waiver within the last year and must board from the rental dock. We can only board passengers from 1006 S. LAKE HOWARD DR WINTER HAVEN FL 33880. The driver of the rental must watch the required video and pass the safety test. Additionally, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to ensure there’s enough time to complete final payment, paperwork and onboard training. If you do not arrive at least 45 minutes in advance, we will not extend your time on the water. 

Fuel is paid for by the gallon upon return of the rental at $5 per gallon. In the event of inclement weather, CF Watersports reserves the right to cancel within 90 minutes prior to your departure time. Canceling 48 hours or more prior to your reservation is permitted and results in a 95% refund. Canceling between 24-48 hours before departure results in a 50% refund. Anything canceled prior to 24 hours of departure will result in a 25% refund.
